kiloJoule

Most of the visits come from Google. About 3 in 10 visitors send an enquiry. Both sentences are already on the homepage.

The brief

kiloJoule is an HVAC and renewable-energy engineering company in São Miguel, in the Azores. The site had to explain technical services to people who are not engineers, and it had to turn a visit into a request.

Henrique Leite, a partner, is quoted on the reviews page: the work was done with rigour and efficiency. We have not stretched that sentence into a testimonial he did not give.

What was built

A bilingual site with a page per service, schema, and measurement. It is also set up to publish articles, which matters for a company whose buyers search for the job, not for the brand name.

The studio is in Lisbon. The client is not. The pages are written for São Miguel and for the work kiloJoule actually does, not for a Lisbon keyword pasted on an Azores business.

What the numbers show

Published figures: 136 enquiries since launch, 30% of visitors getting in touch, 311 visits from Google organic and 8 from AI assistants. The homepage note is the plain version: most visitors arrive from Google, and 3 in 10 send an enquiry.

Eight AI visits is a small number and we are leaving it small. It is not a story about “AI growth” unless the series says so later, in the client’s own report.
