A salon site whose new clients, in the owner’s words, were saying they found him on ChatGPT.
The brief
Tiago Zattar Hair is a hair salon in Lisbon. The site had to be findable for the services he actually sells, in the languages his clients use, and it had to make the next step obvious.
On our reviews page his comment is short, and we have not padded it. On the homepage he is quoted at more length: new people were arriving, and when he asked where they found the salon, they said ChatGPT.
What was built
A bilingual site, one page per service, schema for the salon, and measurement from launch. The site also has a blog structure, which is why it is listed on the blog service page as a place set up to publish, not as a traffic trophy.

What the numbers show
The figures we publish, and the only ones we will repeat here, are 428 enquiries since launch, 22% of visitors getting in touch, 568 visits from Google organic and 152 from AI assistants.
Older round numbers that sometimes appear in conversation are not this page. If it is not the homepage figure, it is not the case-study figure.
