The brief
Valentina Hair Concept is a women’s hair salon in Lisbon. The owner, Valentina Menella, needed a site that new and international clients could find, including people asking an assistant rather than typing the salon’s name.
Her words, on the reviews page, are the qualitative half: more bookings after launch, including from new and international clients, and some of them saying they found the salon on ChatGPT. We do not add a star rating on top of that sentence.
What was built
A website with a page for the salon’s services rather than one endless homepage, in English and Portuguese, with the contact path a booking actually needs. Schema describes the business. Measurement was on from launch, which is why the figures exist.
The same pattern is what we now sell as website creation: one URL per service, both languages when the clients speak both, and analytics that count an enquiry.
What the numbers show
Since launch, the published figures are 612 enquiries, 32% of visitors getting in touch, 1,202 visits from Google organic and 255 from AI assistants. Those are the homepage numbers. We are not adding impressions, a click total from Search Console, or a revenue figure that was never on this site.
The chart on the homepage is the same series, week by week. This page does not introduce a second set of totals.
